The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain items, including sale products and intimate apparel, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
